At Little Elms Daycare, we take pride in the exceptional individuals who shape the world of Early Years education. Today, we’re excited to introduce Chloe Adams, our Nursery Manager at Little Elms Sydenham.
Chloe is not just an outstanding Early Years educator; she’s also a devoted mother of two. This unique blend of professional expertise and personal experience adds depth to her work.
From a young age, Chloe knew that her path was in childcare. She embarked on a two-year journey to earn her Level 3 diploma in childcare and education, combining academic learning with practical experience.
Chloe’s story at Little Elms showcases our commitment to career development. In 2015, Chloe joined Little Elms as a nursery practitioner at our Lee branch and later became a room manager there. Her dedication and leadership qualities led to her to transfer to our Catford branch when it opened in 2016 as Third in Charge, becoming Deputy Manager and then Nursery Manager in 2017. In 2021, she embraced new challenges by transferring to our Sydenham nursery.
Chloe’s journey epitomizes the spirit of Little Elms. Her passion for Early Years education and commitment to children’s well-being are evident. Her story illustrates the many opportunities for growth within our Little Elms family.
“Within little elms there are always paths for progression, I enjoy getting to know the children and their families watching them start in babies and progress within their development and learning until they leave us grown independent children ready for Primary school”.
Chloe, thank you for your dedication and inspiring journey. Your love for your work shines through, and we’re proud to have you as part of our Little Elms family!
